Terms of Service

  • ✦ Payment is through Stripe.
  • ✦ Refunds are only available before work has begun.
  • ✦ I only begin work after the first payment, and in the case of payment plans, files are delivered after the final payment.
  • ✦ Files are delivered after work has been complete. Most projects usually take 2 to 4 weeks, but start date will depend on (current) waitlist.
  • ✦ Files are yours to use however you deem fit! For large-scale commercial use such as selling merchandise in amounts higher than 500 items an extra fee will apply.
  • ✦ I retain the rights to use and showcase the work unless a full commercial license is purchased.
  • ✦ I make use of AI to help with backgrounds and some colors & minor details. I offer the option to make AI-free art for those that might prefer. An extra fee will be charged for this.
